Hard Tofu (Firm) looks like hard white cheese (similar to Feta). It is suitable for cooking and stewing, as it perfectly retains its shape and consistency. Very good for frying - we can coat it in breadcrumbs and fry it in a pan or fryer. Diced, it can be added to soups or stews. In turn, crushed tofu can be replaced with beef in spaghetti bologese :) Rumor has it that in all stewed, fried or boiled dishes, tofu tastes like chicken meat.
