Tempura is an excellent ingredient, not only for sushi! Perfect for fish, seafood, meat, vegetables and mushrooms. For 100g of flour, it is enough to use 160ml of ice water, and then gently mix it. In the prepared dough, dip the selected ingredients and fry in deep oil. When the dough is crispy and the ingredients inside are soft, take the tempura out on a tissue / kitchen towel to drain the fat.
