Black beans are a legume with a slightly sweet flavor. It is an excellent source of dietary fiber and vegetable protein. Perfect as a paste (ground after cooking) with the addition of herbs and spices, and also as an addition to soups, vegetable or cereal dishes. Preparation method, previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Do not salt the beans until the end of cooking.
