Hale's Sala Red Syrup is delicious sweet syrup with salak flavor. Salak, also known as snake fruit due to the reddish-brown scaly rough skin, is one of the oldest fruits in the world and is commonly found around Southeast Asia. This Thai syrup is very popular for generations and is mixed with water (ratio 1: 4) and drunk as a soda drink. The fruity sweet taste of Hale's Sala Red Syrup is also ideal as a garnish for ice desserts, puddings, tapioca noodles, or as an aromatic touch for mixed drinks.
