One of the key ingredients in South and East Asian cuisine. It has a golden brown color and an intense, unpleasant smell, which fortunately disappears during cooking, giving it a unique taste. Used as an ingredient to emphasize the aroma of various dishes (e.g. fish fried with lemongrass), and as an addition to marinades.
Squid brand fish sauce does not contain any preservatives or artificial colors, it is made of anchovy extract.
After opening, it should be stored in the refrigerator.
