Kimchi Jigae is a spicy jjigae (stew) popular in Korea. Its main ingredient is kimchi cabbage, in addition, vegetables, tofu and seafood are also added. In addition to kimchi, other ingredients come in any configuration. The dish is served with a bowl of rice and a raw egg broken into the soup.
